Water 300ml
Laksa Paste 1 packet
Tau pok
Fish cake
Quail egg
Coconut Milk 1 packet
Lobster 1 piece
Thick vermicelli

Methods
1. Add water and laksa paste and bring to a boil
2. Add in tau pok, fish cake and bean sprout
3. Add coconut milk
4. Add in thick vermicelli
5. Add in the de-shelled lobster (De-shell instruction on Yum Cha Saturday with Chef Siang 1h 06min)
6. Bring to a boil
*Do not over boil the laksa sauce, to prevent sauce from curdling
2. Add in tau pok, fish cake and bean sprout
3. Add coconut milk
4. Add in thick vermicelli
5. Add in the de-shelled lobster (De-shell instruction on Yum Cha Saturday with Chef Siang 1h 06min)
6. Bring to a boil
