Hailing from the Hyogo prefecture in Japan best known for its fresh seafood, these oysters are flash-frozen to retain its freshness. The flesh of the Hyogo oysters is fresh and silky smooth with a wonderfully creamy texture. Best eaten raw to enjoy its delicate taste, it can also be grilled.
Thaw overnight in chiller / thaw in ice water before served. The oysters are shucked, cleaned and ready to eat.
